Taylor Cowdery will deliver a presentation on "Middlebrow Style and Social Identity in the Canterbury Tales?" Cowdery is Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and the author of Matter and Making in Early English Poetry: Literary Production from Chaucer to Sidney (2023, Cambridge UP). This presentation stems from Professor Cowdery's current book-in-progress, The Middle Classes of Medieval London: A Literary History.

Clinton Street). This event, which is part of the Krause Series in Contemporary Nonfiction, is sponsored by the Nonfiction Writing Program.

Reggie Wilson is the artistic director and choreographer of Fist and Heel Performance Group. He is a graduate of New York University, Tisch School of the Arts (1988, Larry Rhodes, Chair) and is an inaugural Doris Duke Artist.
