Alfred Jung Lee is an MFA student in the Nonfiction Writing Program and an Iowa Arts Fellow. He is working on a ​book that has received support from MacDowell, the Bread Loaf Environmental Writers’ Conference, the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts, and an Oregon Career Literary Fellowship. He holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University, where he was a Knight-Bagehot Fellow.
