The Nonfiction Writing Program MFA Student Stephanie Krzywonos was awarded the Herodotus Award this Spring 2025. 

This award provides $500 toward research-related travel to help support new work to be generated by the end of the semester. Judges found Stephanie's proposal stood out among many strong and thoughtful projects submitted by MFA students.

The Nonfiction Writing Program will offer another $500 Herodotus Award during fall semester.
