The Nonfiction Writing Program community congratulates NWP student Liv Kane whose essay "Feedings" was selected for this year's Magdalena Award.

The Magdalena Award, established by a graduate of the NWP, is also judged each year by an NWP alum. The writer of the winning essay receives $500.
