Bader AlAwadhi received his bachelor's degree in English with a creative writing specialization from Loyola Marymount University, and his MFA from The University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop. He is the recipient of the Sonny Mehta Fellowship for Poetry. His work has been selected for publication in the 2023 Anthology of Driftwood Press and Workhorse. He currently teaches at the University of Iowa.
