Barbara Ehrenreich, author of numerous books including the 2019 Krause Essay Prize winner Natural Causes and the NY Times bestseller Nickel and Dimed, will read at the 2019 Krause Essay Prize Ceremony on Wednesday, October 30 at the Old Capitol Senate Chamber.

This reading, which is part of The Krause Series in Contemporary Nonfiction, is sponsored by The Nonfiction Writing Program, the Department of English, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the Provost’s Office, Prairie Lights Books, and the Kyle J. and Sharon Krause Family Foundation. This event is open to the public.
